All prompt systems, templates, documentation, and related materials sold through the Service are licensed, not sold, to you.

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, NexusPrompts grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to:

  • Access and use the purchased prompt system(s) for your personal or internal business purposes.
  • Use the prompts with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, and similar large language models.
  • Modify and adapt the prompts for your own use cases.

You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the prompt systems or any derivative thereof.
  • Share your purchased files with third parties who have not purchased their own license.
  • Use the prompts to create a competing product.
  • Claim ownership of the prompt system as your own original work.

3. Payment and Purchases

All purchases are processed through Gumroad, a third-party payment processor. By making a purchase, you agree to Gumroad's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. NexusPrompts does not store or process payment information directly.

All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change at any time, but changes will not affect purchases already made.

Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to download your purchased prompt system(s). Digital files will be delivered via Gumroad's download system.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. NexusPrompts does not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase has been completed and the digital files have been delivered.

We stand behind the quality of our prompt systems. If you encounter a technical issue that prevents you from accessing or using the product, please contact us, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

This refund policy is consistent with industry standards for digital products and is necessary to protect against unauthorized distribution of our intellectual property.

5. User Obligations

As a user of the Service, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when making a purchase.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your downloaded files.
  • Use the prompt systems in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
  • Not engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Service.

6. Disclaimers

The Service and all products are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

NexusPrompts does not warrant that:

  • The Service will function uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
  • Any results obtained from using the prompt systems will meet your specific expectations or requirements.
  • The quality of any products, services, or information obtained through the Service will meet your expectations.

AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, and it is your responsibility to review and verify any output before use.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall NexusPrompts, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your use or inability to use the Service or any purchased product.
  • Any content obtained from the Service.
  • Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.
  • Statements or conduct of any third party on the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to NexusPrompts for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Spain. We encourage you to contact us first to seek an informal resolution before pursuing any formal legal action.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
